2. Partner organization information Sheet

4. Placement information sheet

All the above documents can be sent by e-mail only to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (the Letter of intent as signed pdf, the Partner Organization and Placement information Info sheets in word format).

Please note that in the Letter of intent you can just estimate the number of trainees you are wishing to host since we will never force any Institution to accept trainees if for any reason the number will be reduced. Indeed for any applicant a letter of acceptance will be requested and in principle you can reject all applications.

The Placement Information Sheet is very important because it contains the scientific information based on which the applicants will choose their preferred destination. If you wish to propose more than one work program,  please describe them separately as work programme a, b, c, etc. indicating for each of them supervisor, publications and/or patents, scientific and/or technical background required, number of placements available.

DEADLINE: all the above documents should be sent by MAY, 31st 2018.
